Pre-Writing for the Reflective Essay

Introduction to Reflective Essay

• What context or background can you provide about yourself as a reader, writer, student?  
• What do you need to set up in the beginning to help your reader fully comprehend what’s to come in your essay?
• What were your high school English classes like?  
• Were you overwhelmed this quarter?  How so?
